2010 Committee

PRESIDENT :    PAUL SULLIVAN

This is Pauls’ first year as president, having taken over the role from Chris Broad, who presided over the club from 2007-2008. Paul has been at the club for over ten years and in that time has fulfilled many roles from coaching to administration. When he is not at the club Paul is busy helping to run The Elephant and Castle Hotel

VICE PRESIDENT:  TONY KELLY

This is also Tony’s first year as the clubs vice president, taking over from Paul Sullivan who previously filled the role. Some of you may recognise Tony as the once publican of The Bush Inn Hotel. Nowadays Tony managers and operates his own business ‘ Belmont Fencing’

SECRETARY:  WARREN SQUIRES

This is Warren’s seventh year as the clubs secretary, and , as this would suggest, he has become one of our clubs most valuable contributors. This was recognised last year as Warren was the recipient of our ‘Best Clubman’ award. Warren is now  ‘semi-retired’, having spent much of his career in the paper industry.

FOOTBALL DIRECTOR: GAVAN CLARK

Gavan brings to the club a wealth of football experience that is needed to be in the ‘engine room’ of any football club. When he is not making phone calls chasing the right players and deals for our club Gavan is busy running his own telecommunications business ‘ Connectel”

NETBALL PRESIDENT: NICOLE ROBERTSON

 The Robertson name is synonymous with the club and Nicoles dedication to  it, and in particular the netball section, is fantastic. She is in her seventh year as the President of our netball section and, thankfully for us, shows no signs of giving it away soon. Nicole was awarded ‘Life Membership’  in 2007 as recognition of her service to the club

BOOK KEEPER: NEVILLE HUNTER.

Neville joined our senior committee two years ago and has become a valuable member of the team. For relaxation Neville enjoys amateur video production, camping and 4 wheel driving. Neville can be found on most match days busy in the club canteen.
