GAFNC Player, Coach & Member Codes of Conduct

At Geelong Amateur Football & Netball Club we are governed by the following guidelines and policy as outlined by AFL Barwon, AFL Victoria and Netball Victoria.

GAFNC has a Zero Tolerance Towards Anti-Social Behaviour

There is no place in community sport for abusive language, intimidation, or harassment. Under no circumstance should a player or official feel physically threatened or unsafe while taking part in our competitions.

It is crucial that parents, spectators, coaches, and officials are behaving in a mature manner and acting appropriately as role models for the kids at your club. As an adult, What you do matters, What you say matters.

There’s a big difference between being passionate about the game and being abusive, undisciplined, and anti-social.

Poor Behaviour displayed by adults has a significant impact on kid’s attitude and enjoyment of the game.

If you witness or experience any Anti-Social Behaviour or any breaches of our Codes of Conduct please speak to a member of the GAFNC Committee as first preference, or complete the below Complaints form.
